Tim- Currently owns and operates select private businesses in the Financial & Real estate industry. This includes a regional property management firm since 1999 throughout the South East and mid-West. Additionally, he has over 20 plus years previous senior management experience in two of the major National Banking and Financial Institutions. Tim hold a MBA in Finance from St. Joseph's & the Wharton School of Business. Frank - While being fully licensed and proactively involved in Community Association management for over 15 years, he previously held and retired as Executive VP & Board of Director for a multimillion dollar international retailer. His experience over 30 years in various operational and retail management functions. |

Geoffrey is a fully licensed CPA with over 18 years
experience in accounting and finance for both publicly
traded and privately held businesses. He has previously help
positions as Chief Financial Officer for multi-million
dollar corporations with SEC reporting. Treasury functions &
finance implementations with a degree form the University of
Colorado. |
