While Platinum Property Management maintains all of the traditional positions of a property management firm, we additionally employ the following unique positions in order to deliver on our firm’s philosophy of providing a higher level of service and communication than typically found in the industry.

Senior CAM Supervisor

This position oversees the operational functions of all Platinum Property Management Licensed CAM operators as required: providing at no additional cost supervision to oversee and support the overall daily administrative functions of its assigned managers. The supervisor provides hands-on training to the property managers for strict and knowledgeable adherence to each community's contracted services and Florida state law. Additionally, this position provides another layer of support to ensure quick response to all community issues.

Association Administrator of Insurance

Platinum Property Management maintains a designated Administrator of Insurance, who is a full All Lines Insurance Agent for the state of Florida. This includes the important function of processing and maintaining all Association related insurance policies through its agents and carriers. This would include but not be limited to General Liability, Wind, Flood, Workmen's Compensation, Mitigation reports as well as Director and Officers insurance.

Administrative Assistants

All Platinum Property Management property managers have designated Administrative Assistants with CAM licenses for further support to enhance the efficiency for all property management services that would be required. In addition, this includes substantially reducing the response time for any board members and residents communication.
